MyHealth was specifically designed and developed to provide a simple way to mange your accumulated health and fitness results over time.
There are always events happening affecting your health and fitness – doctor’s and specialist visits, test results, new tests due and more. You can add notes which appear on your timeline in the past or the future.
There are forty seven different charts that can be added, each preset to use the right unit of measurement.
Add arrange them based on your medical needs.
There are four different types of chart: Line, Trend, Bar and Activity. Each is intended to help you to compare and understand your results.
The right side menu allows you to view, edit and organise your medications in a list showing the active medications on top of the list. Additionally this is where you can add notes and add your daily activities – Walking, Running, Cycling and Swimming.
By plotting your medical markers over time you can watch the progression of medical conditions or general fitness. With the MyHealth App you can add details of medications to your timeline.
In a simple, visual way, you can easily see if medications are having the intended effects on your medical and fitness markers.
The same applies to tracking your activities.
